Instructions for hospital visitors and visiting arrangement


In accordance with the Hong Kong Government's Preparedness Plan, the HA has implemented measures for the Emergency Response Level.

Special Visiting Arrangement in non-acute Hospitals/Wards/Units (Effect from 6 May 2022)


The HA has resumed the special visiting arrangement in 26 non-acute hospitals/ wards/ units* with effect from 6 May 2022. Hospital staff will contact patients’ family members for explanation of special visiting arrangement and scheduling the visits. Family members are NOT required to call the hospitals for booking themselves. For more information, please visit:
