16 March, 2020Members of the public are strongly urged to avoid non-essential travel outside Hong Kong. If it is unavoidable to travel to counties/ areas outside Hong Kong, the following precautionary measures should be considered during the flight journey:
- Clean hands with alcohol-based handrub regularly
- Put on a surgical mask
- After using the toilet, put the toilet lid down before flushing to avoid spreading germs
- Prepare clothing for keeping warm
- Put on mask immediately after meal
- Remain in your seat for the whole journey as far as possible
