Scheduled Maintenance Programme

Scheduled maintenance programme to tie in with the implementation of “rolling inspection and maintenance programmes” and “scheduled planned maintenance programmes” at HA premises. HA plans to perform more frequent and comprehensive maintenance which aim at rectifying building defects at an earlier stage and conducting preventive maintenance to the critical structure of buildings. Projects such as re-roofing, external wall repair, concrete repair, window replacement, re-plumbing works as well as renovation and maintenance works for hospital areas will be included in this programme
