"Green features" are designated in the new building including vertical greening, green rooftop and rehabilitation garden, maximising green coverage as well as enhancing rehabilitation facilities. The building is also equipped with green installations for energy efficiency and conservation, including solar panels lighting and hot water system as well as motion/photo sensors for intelligent lighting switching system.
