Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital

Hospital Authority consulted the Wong Tai Sin District Council on 9 January 2018.

On 18 May 2018, the Finance Committee of the Legislative Council approved the funding of HK$197.0 million for the preparatory works of Redevelopment of Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital.

Members of the Wong Tai Sin (WTS) District Council supported the proposed main works on 20 January 2022.  The Chairman / senior members of the appointed committees in WTS District (i.e. WTS District Fight Crime Committee, WTS District Fire Safety Committee and WTS Central Area Committee) were also consulted on 16 February 2022 and 17 February 2022.  In general, the foregoing committees and relevant district personalities supported the proposal.

Members of the Panel on Health Services of the Legislative Council supported the main works of Redevelopment of Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital on 1 April 2022.

On 24 June 2022, Finance Committee of the Legislative Council approved the funding of HK$4,346.7 million for the main works of Redevelopment of Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital. In addition, the Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital Limited has undertaken to contribute HK$2 million towards the capital cost of the project.
