Scope of Service The Community Health Centre (CHC) (with a general out-patient clinic (GOPC)) under Hospital Authority will provide the following services: Medical consultation Multi-disciplinary healthcare Chronic disease management Patient education and support	Total Construction Floor Area About 28 600 m²
	Project Cost (in money-of-the-day prices) HK$2,133.8 million* * $989.4 million out of the $2,133.8 million of the construction cost of the SKMCHC building would be met by the $200 billion set aside for the HDP.
